The International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) requires no fee for the usage of its photographs. Generally, IPHC photographs cannot be sold or used for profit. However, in certain cases, permission for for-profit use may be granted upon review and approval. Regardless of use, IPHC photographs remain the property of the IPHC, and permission for their use is granted solely for the stated purpose(s). Photographs should not be redistributed without explicit authorization from the IPHC.

The IPHC requires proper acknowledgment and credit when its photos are used in any material.
