SEATTLE – The International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) is extending the deadline for longline vessels to submit tenders for its fisheries-independent setline survey (FISS) in 2020.
Bids must be submitted through the IPHC’s 2020 Vessel Tender Form no later than 23:59 (Pacific time) on 23 February 2020.
